SNOW HUB Nagano City -Free Plan
This plan includes a private luxury Alphard cab ride from your hotel in front of Nagano Station to the ski resort.
Ski resorts can be selected from among four ski resorts on the morning of the day of departure, based on weather conditions and snowfall.
*In order to load ski equipment in the car, a jumbo cab will be used if there are more than 4 persons.
We will pick you up at your hotel at 8:00 in the morning and return you to the ski resort at 15:00.
You can also choose your departure time, so it is ideal for those who want to leave early to catch the first tracks according to the lift operation times. You can also choose to leave after a relaxing morning.

You can apply for a one-day lift ticket that does not require exchange.
You can use the lifts without a ticket after arriving at the ski resort, so you can board the lifts smoothly!

You can apply for delivery service of rental skis and snowboards.
We will deliver the skis or snowboards to your hotel the day before your arrival.
Skis and snowboards can be fitted at the time of delivery for your peace of mind.

English-speaking staff will provide you with detailed support according to your needs.
You can return your skis or snowboards by simply dropping them off at the front desk of your hotel.
The rental store at the ski resort is expected to be crowded depending on the time of day, so it is convenient to deliver the day before.
If there is any trouble with the rented gear on the day of the rental, we have a follow-up system in place for your peace of mind.
If you do not use any of the options (lift day pass, rental), reservations can be made until 5:00 p.m. the day before.

- Cab Service (1)
Taxis are available at hotels within 2km from Nagano Station.
A crew member holding a “SNOW HUB NAGANO City” Sign board will pick you up.
Cab Service (2)
Skis, snowboards, and rental equipment (skis, snowboards, boots) must be in their cases when placed in the cab. This is for everyone’s safety.Ski boots cannot be worn in the cab. Please pack them in a boot case and treat them as baggage. You can change into your ski boots in the changing rooms at the ski resort.
Snowboard boots can be worn during the ride.
We cannot store luggage or cases in the cab after you arrive at the ski resort. Please use coin lockers(paid).
For the return trip, skis, snowboards, and rental equipment must also be in their cases.
Cab Service (3)
If you wish to change the departure time, please specify your preferred time at the time of application. If there is no request, the departure time will be 8:00 outbound/15:00 inbound.
(You can request between 6:00~11:00 for outbound and between 13:00~16:30 for return.) - About Lift Tickets(1)
Lift tickets are available for an extra fee. These tickets are ready to use and do not need to be exchanged at the ski resort.
About Lift Tickets(2)
Children must be junior high school students or younger. Lift fees for preschool children are free of charge, but lift tickets must be issued. Issuance fees vary at each ski resort. (0-500 yen) Please present your child's ID card to receive a lift ticket. Some ski resorts include a deposit, which will be refunded when the lift ticket is returned on site. - Rental Equipment
This plan is exclusively for guests staying at Hotel Metropolitan Nagano and Nagano Daiichi Hotel. This plan is not available for guests staying at other hotels.
Rental equipment is optional and can be ordered for an extra fee. After booking, you will need to fill out a registration form with your details. The link to the form will be in the confirmation email.

Notes:
If you do not fill out the form, we cannot provide the rental equipment.
Please stay in your hotel room at the scheduled time to receive your rental items.
If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or if you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. No refunds will be given for canceled rentals.
Please return the rental equipment to the hotel front desk by 6:00 PM on the return day.

- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.

Togakushi Ski Resort boasts a vast area of slopes spanning two mountain foothills with a spectacular view of the Togakushi mountain range in front of you. The panoramic view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking, and visitors can enjoy skiing while admiring the magnificent scenery.
The “Ninja Slope” is very popular among children, and they can learn the basics of skiing while having fun by completing attractions such as wave riding (wave), kabe crossing (bank), and tube tunnel.
