- About the Alpine Return Bus (chartered bus)
*The Alpine Return Bus will be a microbus, a small bus, a mid-size bus, or a large-size bus. You cannot select the vehicle type.
・As far as bus seating goes, people traveling alone or someone in a group with an odd number of members may generally be seated with a stranger. Please understand that in some cases male and female strangers may be asked to sit together.
・Infants must apply for the same fare category as adults and children. Infants cannot be carried on the lap. - The children class refers to elementary school students. Also, anyone less than 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
- You can use the shopping coupon for 1,000-yen worth of shopping. If your purchase is priced below 1,000 yen, you will not receive any change.
- If the stop off facility has a day off, you will be brought to another facility. In the event you cannot use the shopping coupon, 1,000 yen will be refunded.
- After passing through, if you are late getting back to Ogisawa Station or Tateyama Station, the Alpine Return Bus will still depart on schedule. During busy times, the arrival at Tateyama Station or Ogisawa Station may be delayed due to the additional waiting time for passing through the stations.

In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. About “Alpine Return Bus”
We have 2 plans: the plan from Tateyama (meet up in Ogisawa Station), and the plan from Ogisawa (meet up in Tateyama Station). At both Tateyama Station and Ogisawa Station, a bus will be waiting at the tour bus stop as soon as you exit the station. Bus staff holding an Alpine Return Bus sign will be waiting in front of the bus 10 min before departure. Please give the bus staff the name of your spokesperson and board the bus.
*The Alpine Return Bus will be a microbus, a small bus, a mid-size bus, or a large-size bus. You cannot select the vehicle type.
