Check ski resort conditions via live webcams, inform your driver of your chosen resort, and depart
9:20 AM – 9:50 AM: Arrive at ski resort
3:00 PM Return pickup at ski resort & departure
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Return rental gear at Travel HUB Nagano City
4:10 PM – 4:40 PM Arrive back at hotel

All skis, snowboards, and rental equipment (skis, snowboards, and boots) must be stored in carrying cases before loading into the taxi. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure safety inside the vehicle.
Please refrain from wearing ski boots inside the taxi. Store them in a boot bag and load them as luggage, then change into them at the resort's changing facilities upon arrival. Snowboard boots may be worn during the ride.
Additionally, personal luggage and equipment cases cannot be left inside the taxi while you are at the ski resort. Please use the paid coin lockers available at the resort. For the return trip, all skis, snowboards, and rental gear must likewise be placed back into carrying cases before boarding.

In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.

You will be using WOODY RENTALS Nagano Branch (located inside Travel HUB Nagano City).
・When booking, please provide your name, height, shoe size, and preferred activity type (Ski or Snowboard) in the inquiry form.
・Please visit Travel HUB Nagano City (located near Nagano Station) between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day before your trip for gear fitting. Rented items will be collected on the day of departure when the taxi stops by the facility. Rental outerwear/clothing may also be taken with you in advance.
・Please return all rental items to Travel HUB Nagano City by 6:00 PM on the day of your return. Your taxi will stop by the HUB before returning to your hotel.

【Travel HUB Nagano City】Rental Wear
You can get fitted on the day before your trip to confirm your size. If you prefer to wear your snow wear directly from the hotel on the morning of your trip, you can also collect it the day before.
Alternatively, you can pick it up on the day of travel when your taxi stops by Travel HUB Nagano City (rental facility) on the way to the ski resort. If you change out of your snow wear in the resort’s changing room after skiing, returning it is easy since your taxi will drop by Travel HUB Nagano City on the way back.
