- About Luggage
Due to limited taxi cargo capacity, Alphard taxis can accommodate up to three standard-size trunks.
*Standard size refers to luggage with a total of three sides measuring 120cm, and individual dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 25cm.
Vehicle adjustments may be necessary depending on the amount of luggage. Please specify the number of suitcases, travel bags, etc., in the designated field when booking. (Example: 2 large suitcases, 1 duffel bag, etc.) - About Stopover Spots

During the summer season, the drop-off and pick-up area is near the “Jigokudani Parking Lot.” It is about a 15-minute walk from the parking lot to Jigokudani.
During the winter season, please use the “Jigokudani Monkey Park Dedicated Parking Lot.” It is about a 30-minute walk from the parking lot to Jigokudani.
Regardless of the route, the path includes unpaved surfaces, stairs, slopes, and steps. The park is not accessible to wheelchairs, strollers, or similar devices.
- You may also use the expressway (payable separately on-site). If you choose this option, you’ll arrive about 20 minutes earlier one way.

Jigokudani Monkey Park
Jigokudani Monkey Park is a unique spot where visitors can observe wild Japanese macaques bathing in hot springs up close. In winter, in particular, the sight of the monkeys soaking in the hot springs amidst the snow-covered valley has made them world-famous as “snow monkeys.” In spring, visitors can enjoy the adorable sight of baby monkeys, and in summer, they can watch the monkeys playing energetically amidst the fresh greenery.
