After gathering at Travel HUB Ngano City, depart by guide's car (For groups of 5 or more, additional taxi fees will apply.).
Travel approximately 15 minutes by car to Asahiyama Kannon Hall.
Hike begins from the parking lot. Walk the roughly 30-minute trail while listening to explanations about plants and castle ruins.
From the observation deck near the summit, enjoy panoramic views of Zenkoji Plain. Savor the scenery transitioning from dusk to nightscape for about 30 minutes with a hot drink.
Descend with headlamps for a night hike. Walk through the quiet night forest for about 20 minutes.
After returning to Travel HUB Ngano City, relax with Nagano sake and snacks.

Observation Deck
After getting out of the car and walking about 30 minutes along the mountain path, you'll arrive at a spot offering a panoramic view of the city. Watching the lights gradually come on across the town from dusk onwards is a magical time. With hardly anyone else around, enjoy the night view all to yourself with a hot drink.
Night Hike
After sunset, once you've taken in the night views, it's finally time for the night hike.
We'll slowly make our way through the night forest, guided by the light of our headlamps. With a bit of luck, you might encounter nocturnal animals. A professional outdoor guide will lead the way, so even first-timers can safely enjoy this extraordinary experience of walking through the forest at night.
