On the day of departure, the driver will meet you holding a signboard.
【Taxi Service Information ② | Luggage & Boarding Rules】
When loading ski or snowboard equipment and rental items (skis, snowboards, boots) into the taxi,
all items must be placed in a case for safety inside the vehicle.
We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all passengers.
Ski boots: Please do not board the taxi while wearing ski boots.
→ Place them in a boot case and load them as luggage.
→ Please change into your ski boots at the ski resort (e.g., in the changing room).
Snowboard boots: You may board the taxi while wearing them.
Please note that cases and personal belongings cannot be stored in the taxi after arrival at the ski resort.
Kindly use the coin lockers (available for a fee) at the resort.
For the return trip, we also ask that skis, snowboards, and rental items be
placed in their cases before boarding the taxi.

If you wish to change the departure time, please specify your preferred time when making your reservation.
If no preference is provided, the default departure times are as follows:
From Travel HUB Nagano City: 8:00 a.m.
(You may choose a time between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.)
From hotels near the ski resort: 3:00 p.m.
(You may choose a time between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.)

If you select Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort, Tsugaike Mountain Resort, Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort, Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, or ABLE Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park,
you will receive a Hakuba Valley Lift Pass (valid across the Hakuba area).

【Lift Ticket Information ③ | Children’s Tickets】
Children are defined as junior high school students and under.
Lift tickets for preschool children are free; however, a lift ticket must still be issued.
An issuance fee may apply depending on the ski resort (approximately ¥0–¥500).
Please present valid identification for your child when receiving the lift ticket.
At some ski resorts, a deposit may be included in the ticket price.
If so, the deposit will be refunded when the lift ticket is returned at the ski resort.

Depending on the ski resort, on-site purchase may be more economical for options such as early-season skiing, spring skiing, or senior discounts.
