Departure will be either from Travel HUB Nagano City or from a ski resort area hotel.
A driver holding a name placard will be waiting to meet you.
【Taxi Information ②】
When loading your skis, snowboard, or rental equipment (skis, snowboard, boots) into the taxi, please make sure all items are placed in appropriate cases. This is for safety inside the vehicle, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that boarding the taxi while wearing ski boots is not permitted. Kindly place ski boots in a boot bag and check them as luggage. After arriving at the ski resort, please change into your ski boots in the changing room or designated area.
Snowboard boots may be worn while boarding the taxi.
Please also note that we cannot store equipment cases or personal belongings inside the taxi after arrival at the ski resort. Please use the paid coin lockers available at the resort.
The same applies for the return journey—please ensure that skis, snowboards, and rental equipment are placed in cases before boarding the taxi.

On the day of departure, you may check the live camera footage of each ski resort at Travel HUB Nagano City and then purchase your lift pass.
This is a convenient lift pass that does not require voucher exchange at the resort.
【Lift Pass Information ②】
If you select Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort, Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort, Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort, Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, or Able Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park, your pass will be a Hakuba Valley Lift Pass (valid across the Hakuba area).

【Lift Pass Information ③】
Children are defined as junior high school students and under.
Lift passes for preschool children are free of charge, but a lift pass must still be issued.
An issuance fee varies by ski resort (approximately ¥0–¥500). Please present your child’s ID when receiving the lift pass.
Some ski resorts include a deposit, which will be refunded upon returning the lift pass at the resort.

Depending on the ski resort, it may be more economical to purchase lift passes locally for early-season skiing, spring skiing, or senior rates.

For ski resorts marked with an asterisk (*), lift pass options are not available.
- If you select Madarao Ski Resort, the lift pass provided will be the Madarao Mountain Pass (1-Day Pass), which is valid for both Madarao Kogen Ski Resort and Tangram Ski Circus.

- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.
