Day 1: Travel and Check-in (Pre-Ski Day)

Lift tickets can be added as an optional paid service.
These tickets do not require on-site exchange, allowing you to head straight to the lifts.
On the morning of your ski day, the taxi will stop by Travel HUB NaganoCity(located near Nagano Station) so you can conveniently pick up your lift tickets.

【Regarding Taxi Use】
This service is available for guests staying at hotels within 2 km of Nagano Station. A driver holding a sign will meet you at the designated pickup location.
When bringing skis, snowboards, or rental equipment into the taxi, please make sure all items are packed in appropriate cases. This is for the safety of all passengers, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Please do not board the taxi while wearing ski boots. Pack them in a boot case and carry them as part of your luggage. You can change into your ski boots at the ski resort’s changing room.
Snowboard boots may be worn while riding in the taxi.
Please note that cases and personal belongings cannot be stored in the taxi while you are skiing. Coin lockers are available at the resort (for a fee). The same applies to the return trip—please ensure all equipment is packed in cases before boarding.
If you wish to change the departure time, please specify your preferred time when making your reservation.
If no request is made, the default times will be:

You can try on your snow wear the day before to ensure the right fit.
If you prefer to wear it directly from the hotel on your ski day, early pick-up is available.
Alternatively, your taxi can stop atTravel HUB Nagano City(our rental facility) on the way to the ski resort for pick-up.
After skiing, you can change out of your snow wear at the resort’s changing room and return it easily when the taxi stops at Travel HUB NaganoCity on the way back.

Children’s rental sets include free accessories such as hats and gloves.

【Rental Information】
Please visit Travel HUB Nagano City (near Nagano Station) for fitting between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day before your ski trip.
Your rental items will be picked up the next morning when your taxi stops at Travel HUB Nagano City before heading to the ski resort.
All rental items must be returned to Travel HUB Nagano City by 6:00 PMon the final day of your rental period.
Your taxi will stop there on the way back to your hotel, allowing for a smooth and convenient return.

【Lift Ticket Information】
Children are defined as junior high school students or younger.
Preschool-aged children can ride the lifts for free, but a lift ticket is still required.
A ticket issuance fee (ranging from ¥0 to ¥500, depending on the ski resort) will be charged on-site.
Please present your child’s ID at the ticket counter.
Some ski resorts may include a refundable deposit in the ticket price, which will be returned when you bring back the ticket on-site.
Lift tickets for Nozawa Onsen, Madarao Kogen, and Shiga Kogen are not available as an add-on with this plan.
