Vehicle Note
For groups of four or more people, a jumbo taxi will be used instead of the Alphard, as space is required to load ski and snowboard equipment into the vehicle.

When loading your skis, snowboards, or rental equipment (skis, snowboards, boots) into the taxi, please ensure they are placed inside their cases. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure safety inside the vehicle.
We kindly ask that you refrain from boarding the taxi while wearing ski boots. Please place them in a boot case and store them as luggage. After arriving at the ski resort, please change into your ski boots in the changing rooms or designated areas.
Snowboard boots may be worn while boarding the taxi.
Please note that upon arrival at the ski resort, we cannot store cases or your luggage inside the taxi. Please use the coin-operated lockers (fee required). Similarly, when returning, please cooperate by boarding the taxi with your skis, snowboards, and rental equipment stored in their cases.

Please visit Travel HUB Nagano City (near Nagano Station) by 6 PM the day before to complete your fitting. Rental gear will be delivered by taxi the following day; please collect it at that time.
