SNOW HUB Nagano City -English Ski Lesson Plan by chartered cab
This plan includes a private luxury Alphard cab ride from your hotel in front of Nagano Station to Able Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park.
Lessons are available as an option. This plan is also good for first-time skiers and snowboarders. This is also a great plan for those who want to improve their skills.
*Because ski equipment is loaded in the car, a jumbo cab will be used if there are more than 4 people.
We will pick you up at your hotel at 8:00 in the morning and return at 15:00 (or 16:00 if you sign up for FullDay 4-hour lesson).
We will pick you up at the ski resort at 15:00 (or 16:00 in the case of FullDay 4-hour lesson).
Also, due to the lesson start time, you cannot choose the departure time after 8:00 a.m., but we recommend you to leave earlier in order to catch the first track. You can also change your return time.

・Skiing and snowboarding lessons in English can be pre-registered.
Please inquire in advance for languages other than English.
We will pick you up and drop you off by cab to an area close to the lesson meeting point.
・You can apply for a one-day lift ticket that does not require an exchange.
・You can use the lifts smoothly without a ticket after you arrive at the ski resort!

・You can apply for delivery service of rental skis and snowboards.
・We will deliver the skis or snowboards to your hotel the day before your arrival.
・You can have your skis or snowboard fitted at the time of delivery, so you don't have to worry.
・You can ski as soon as you arrive at the ski resort.
・English-speaking staff will provide you with detailed support according to your needs.
・You can return your skis or snowboards by simply dropping them off at the front desk of your hotel.
Since rental stores at ski resorts are expected to be crowded at certain times of the day, delivery the day before is convenient.
If there are any problems with the rented gear on the day of the trip, we have a follow-up system in place to ensure your safety.
If you do not use any of the options (lift day pass, rental), reservations can be made until 5:00 p.m. the day before.

Taxis are available at hotels within 2km from Nagano Station.
Cab Service (2)
When placing your skis, snowboards, or rental equipment (skis, snowboards, and boots) in the cab, please be sure to bring them in their cases. We ask for everyone's cooperation to ensure your safety in the vehicle.
We do not allow passengers to board the taxi with ski boots on, so please place them in a boot case and leave them as baggage. Upon arrival at the ski resort, please change into ski boots in the changing rooms.
Snowboard boots may be left on.
Please note that we cannot keep your luggage or cases in the cab after you arrive at the ski resort, so please use the coin lockers. Please keep your ski/snowboard boards and rental items in their cases on your way home as well.

If you wish to change the departure time, please specify your preferred time at the time of application.
- Lift ticket (1)
Lift tickets are available as an option for a separate fee. The lift tickets are convenient and do not need to be exchanged at the site. The lift ticket will be given to you by the driver when you board the cab.
Lift ticket (2)
Children must be junior high school students or younger. Preschool children are free of charge (a 500 yen lift ticket issuance fee will be charged locally).
- Rental Equipment
This plan is exclusively for guests staying at Hotel Metropolitan Nagano and Nagano Daiichi Hotel. This plan is not available for guests staying at other hotels.
Rental equipment is optional and can be ordered for an extra fee. After booking, you will need to fill out a registration form with your details. The link to the form will be in the confirmation email.

If you do not fill out the form, we cannot provide the rental equipment.
Please stay in your hotel room at the scheduled time to receive your rental items.
If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or if you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. No refunds will be given for canceled rentals.
Please return the rental equipment to the hotel front desk by 6:00 PM on the return day.

The ski resort offers a vast area where you can freely come and go between the two ski areas. Everyone can enjoy this ski resort, from beginners who want to enjoy the scenery to advanced skiers seeking powder snow.

Both group and private lessons are conducted in English. Please inquire in advance if you would like to take private lessons in another language.
For group lessons, you can choose between 2 hours and 4 hours (2 hours + 1 hour break + 2 hours).
Private lessons are available for 2 hours only.
