- For A or C rank bookings, vehicle selection is not available.
- Once the journey begins, stops will only be made for restroom breaks (approximately 15 minutes, 1-2 times). This plan does not allow for sightseeing or waiting for activities.
- Arrival times may be delayed due to road conditions or other factors.
- Taxi seating capacity and luggage load vary by vehicle type. If necessary, we may recommend a vehicle change based on the number of passengers.

- Regarding reservation requests, we cannot guarantee your reservation at the time the request is received. We will notify you via email whether your request has been “Approved” or “Declined.” If your request is “Approved,” and especially if your desired date is approaching, please complete payment promptly after approval.
- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.
