The Alphard Taxi fare is included in both the Outbound and Return Plans, covering transportation between New Chitose Airport and F VILLAGE, as well as between F VILLAGE and Sapporo City hotels. Please note that the taxi service is exclusively for transportation and cannot accommodate additional stops.
For taxi usage, please provide the necessary information for both pick-up and drop-off:

・(F VILLAGE → Sapporo City Hotel): Please provide your planned departure time from F VILLAGE and the name of your destination hotel.

Guides and documents are available in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. The information center also uses translation devices to assist customers. - At the time of plan registration, you will receive the F VILLAGE FLEX PASS and a commemorative gift for participating in the plan.
- Please note that cash payments are not accepted inside the ballpark.
- The WAON card provided with the plan is preloaded with ¥3,000. If additional funds are needed, you can recharge the card using on-site charging machines or utilize a credit card or other cashless payment methods.
- For your stay at VILLA BRAMARE, check-out is required by 12:00 PM. Any luggage can be stored at the front desk after check-out if needed.

- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.
