The standard plan includes transportation in a private Toyota Alphard:

・4–5 guests: A jumbo taxi will be arranged to ensure comfort and ample space.
If you would like to adjust the departure times, please specify your preferred schedule when making your reservation.
If no preference is provided, the default schedule will be:
・Departure from the hotel: 8:00 AM
・Pickup from the ski resort: 3:00 PM
(Departure can be scheduled between 7:00–11:00 AM, and return between 1:00–4:30 PM.)
- 【About Lift Tickets 】
Lift tickets can be added as an optional paid service.
These tickets do not require on-site exchange, allowing you to head straight to the lifts.
On the morning of your ski day, the taxi will stop by Travel Base NaganoCity(located near Nagano Station) so you can conveniently pick up your lift tickets.
- 【About Rentals】
Rental equipment is available as an optional paid service.
After booking this plan, you will be required to complete a rental information form.
A link to the form will be included at the bottom of your automatic confirmation email.

- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.

Togakushi Ski Area
From the summit area at an elevation of 1,748 meters, you can see the mighty Togakushi mountain range and, on clear days, the distant peaks of the Northern Alps. With a large number of courses, this ski resort can be enjoyed by a wide range of skiers from beginners to experts.
Togakushi Ski Resort, Ninja Slope
The “Ninja Slope” is very popular with children, and they can learn the basics of skiing while having fun by completing attractions such as wave riding (wave), kabe crossing (bank), and tube tunnel.

【Regarding Taxi Use】
This service is available for guests staying at hotels within 2 km of Nagano Station. A driver holding a sign will meet you at the designated pickup location.
When bringing skis, snowboards, or rental equipment into the taxi, please make sure all items are packed in appropriate cases. This is for the safety of all passengers, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Please do not board the taxi while wearing ski boots. Pack them in a boot case and carry them as part of your luggage. You can change into your ski boots at the ski resort’s changing room.
Snowboard boots may be worn while riding in the taxi.
Please note that cases and personal belongings cannot be stored in the taxi while you are skiing. Coin lockers are available at the resort (for a fee). The same applies to the return trip—please ensure all equipment is packed in cases before boarding.
If you wish to change the departure time, please specify your preferred time when making your reservation.

Children’s rental packages include free accessories such as helmets and goggles.

After skiing, you can change out of your snow wear at the resort’s changing room and return it easily when the taxi stops at Travel Base NaganoCity on the way back.

【Rental Information】
Please visit Travel Base Nagano City (near Nagano Station) for fitting between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day before your ski trip.
Your rental items will be picked up the next morning when your taxi stops at Travel Base Nagano City before heading to the ski resort.
All rental items must be returned to Travel Base Nagano City by 6:00 PMon the final day of your rental period.
Your taxi will stop there on the way back to your hotel, allowing for a smooth and convenient return.

【Lift Ticket Information】
Child lift tickets are for junior high school students or younger. Preschool children can ride for free, but a ¥200 issuance fee will be charged at the ski resort.
In certain cases (e.g., early season, spring skiing, or senior discounts), it may be more economical to purchase tickets directly at the ski resort. Please check before booking.
Lift ticket options are not available for ski resorts marked with an asterisk (*).
