- Cancellation Fee -

In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. Luxury Taxi

Nagano Prefecture is one of the regions in Japan where fermentation culture is particularly deeply rooted. In this tour, you will experience and learn the depth of the region's unique fermented foods along with Nagano's beautiful nature.
In this plan, we usually use TOYOTA's Alphard. You can travel in a spacious and relaxing environment. Chuo Taxi, famous for its hospitality, will pick you up at the Earthboat accommodation of your choice.

Nishinomon Yoshinoya

At Nishinomon Yoshinoya, located near Zenkoji Temple, visitors can observe the sake fermentation process. Miso is made mainly from soybeans and fermented using koji mold, which gives it its unique flavor and nutritional value. Sake, on the other hand, is made from rice and water, and the traditional process of alcoholic fermentation using yeast can be experienced.

Ogawa no Sho Oyakimura, Daimon Branch

Oyaki, a local dish of Nagano, is made by wrapping ingredients made from local vegetables and beans in flour dough and steaming them. Nozawana pickles are fermented with vegetable lactic acid bacteria and have long been popular as a preserved food suited to Nagano's cold climate.

St.Cousair

At the St.Cousair Winery, located in Iizuna Town, you can learn how to make wine that takes advantage of Nagano's climate. Wine, which is produced through the fermentation of grapes, reflects the climate and climate of each region in its taste. Through a tour of the winery and tasting, visitors can experience the science and art of fermentation.
