- If your departure or arrival point is within Nagano City (excluding Toyono and Shinshu-Shinmachi areas), Chikuma City, or Sakaki Town, you can freely design your own itinerary.
- Toll fees and parking fees are not included in the fare and must be paid separately on site.
- Due to limited luggage space, each taxi can carry up to three standard-size suitcases.
(“Standard size” refers to luggage with total dimensions of up to 120 cm (55 cm × 40 cm × 25 cm).)
Depending on the amount of luggage, a different vehicle type may be required.
Please indicate the number of suitcases or travel bags when making your reservation. - In case of extension of time, an additional fee of ¥4,300 per 30 minutes will apply.
Please pay directly to the driver on the day.
Please note that extensions may not be available depending on the day’s reservation status.
- Cancellation Fee -
If you cancel your booking after the contract has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows based on the total amount of your booking.
